This position is responsible for taking and transferring phone calls on a multi-line phone system. The position would greet guests of the office and assist with setting up meetings within the office. The receptionist also handles data entry for case-related information. They also assist with office tasks such as handling incoming mail.
The receptionist needs to have excellent customer service skills and excellent phone skills. They should be able to multi-task and be comfortable using multiple computer systems.
