I.T. Helpdesk Support
We are seeking a seasoned tier 2, tier 3 helpdesk person for a fast-paced work environment at one of the largest law firms in the country. The candidate will be supporting Windows 7 and 10, VMware View Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite, Exchange, Active Directory, hardware and software, internal applications, etc. The position will involve some travel and flexible hours.
We are looking for someone with their A+ Certification, 2+ years of IT helpdesk experience, excellent communication and customer service skills.
A+ Certification (or equivalent)
2+ years of experience in a IT Helpdesk Role
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
